What is meant by the time of arrival and departure from the room?

Do not forget that your luggage before check-in number can be left in the storage room of the hotel on the day of arrival free of charge.

What does it mean late check-out?

Usually the day of departure rooms must be vacated by 12:00. In the case of release after 12:00 (late check-out) may incur additional charges:

  • out until 18:00 - 50% of the room stay per night in a room of the relevant category;
  • out after 18:00 - 100% of the room stay per night in a room of the relevant category.

What is the difference between the numbers of Double and Twin?

The difference is in the type of beds in rooms.

How to change a group booking?
